Transfer of Data to MFC Service GmbH (Liability Umbrella pursuant to § 36 WAG 2018)

For the brokerage of financial instruments (e.g., investment funds, ETFs, portfolio management solutions), I act as a tied agent pursuant to § 36 of the Austrian Securities Supervision Act (WAG 2018) under the liability umbrella of MFC Service GmbH, Schottenring 16/2/41, 1010 Vienna.

For this purpose, personal data required for the provision of investment services is transferred to MFC Service GmbH. Processing is based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of a contract) and Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR (legal obligation).

MFC Service GmbH is an investment firm supervised by the Austrian Financial Market Authority (FMA). It processes the transmitted data to fulfil its statutory obligations under WAG 2018, including documentation, suitability assessments, and order processing.
